About Us Winegar's Kandle and Co. is a small, family-rooted kandle and apparel business based in Ellensburg, Washington. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products

  • All kandles and air fresheners are hand-poured in small batches. Minor variations in color, scent throw, and appearance may occur between batches and are not considered defects.
  • Shirts are produced on demand through a third-party print partner. Sizing and print placement may vary slightly from mockup images.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are processed through Shopify. Payment is due in full at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or an item that's out of stock).

Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Discount codes and promotions apply only as stated at time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • See our Shipping Policy for production and delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands.

Returns & Refunds

  • See our Return & Refund Policy. Kandles, air fresheners, and shirts are all eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Otherwise, all made-to-order items are final sale.

Kandle Safety

  • Always burn kandles within sight, away from flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets. Trim wicks to ¼ inch before each use. Winegar's Kandle and Co. is not liable for damages resulting from improper or unsafe kandle use.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, branding, photography, and content on this site are the property of Winegar's Kandle and Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Winegar's Kandle and Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
